Mum is moving into a smaller place. Can you help sort and pack, not just load?
Yes. We can pack with her, help decide what goes to the new place, what goes to family and what goes to storage, and set up the new unit so it works from the first night.
Can you store things between the house sale and the village move?
Yes. Two-stage moves with storage in between are common for retirement village moves, and we plan both legs up front.
Can family organise the move from out of town?
Yes. Many of our senior moves are arranged by sons and daughters in other cities. We confirm everything by phone and email and ring the day before.
